Benefit Software (2016)
I took over the whole app design from research to high fidelity prototyping, handing over the appropriate guidelines to developers; including the integration to the rest of the Benefit Software's mobile ERP suite.
Inspections are made with templates based on the current shipping regulations; and therefore are updated regularly. They are divided into chapters each having its own items. The inspector can add a comment, take a picture, or record a voice message, per item. The data created goes directly into the company’s ERP database. To begin the user simply has to choose the inspection type (template), fill in the main details and then the app guides him by itself.

Different low fidelity prototypes were made on paper in order to analyze and evaluate the screens and user flow before beginning the wireframe design.
