My Role
I consulted for the launch of the new Toymail Cloud feature. Some highlights of my work are: designing the mobile Cloud dashboard page and setting the architecture for the web Cloud subscription page. Additionally, I did an extended UX review on the website, using heatmaps and recordings to track users' behavior, and came up with a list of proposals to increase the Conversion rate and the overall Shop/Cart user experience. Finally, I designed email templates and other promotional material, and supported the developers whenever custom front-end code was needed.
Mobile Cloud App
Many different scenarios of using the Cloud Dashboard and its Settings were analyzed and tested on low fidelity prototypes. After the architecture was finalized, the wireframes were designed following the existing app's styles and icons.

I started from researching and gathering information on best practices about how to present paid plans to customers, and how to emphasize the benefits of a new feature (in our case the new Cloud). After the evaluation stage I came up with a final architecture for which I fully designed a template proposal.

Website UX Review
The main target of the website review was to propose ways to increase visitors' Conversion rate. Particular attention was given to the Shop/Cart pages, where the users' behavior was both qualitatively and quantitatively recorded. Answers to questions like "when the checkout did not happen?", "how long do users stay on the checkout page?" or "did they attempt to purchase and receive an error?" were given at that stage. Finally, I composed an extended report including UI/UX proposals, observed bugs and strategies to improve the overall shopping experience.

Email Design
Email templates were initially designed in Sketch and Illustrator and then passed into MailChimp campaigns. Detailed guidelines and specifications were handed to developers whenever custom code was needed.
